- Go to https://albany.zoom.us
- Click Sign in
- Click on Settings on on the left side
- Click on Recording
- Scroll down to navigate to "Require password to access shared cloud recordings" and toggle the selection to turn off the feature

For each recording file created after 4/11/2020, the Random Generated Download Password will need to be disabled one at a time. Please allow up to 10 minutes to reprocess the Zoom library.
