Issue

Running Oracle BI Publisher does not work with a version of Microsoft Office later than 2016.Microsoft 365 apps requires an updated version of BI Publisher.  

Resolution

If Oracle BI Publisher is required for your workflows, you will need to remain on Office 2016 until a compatible upgrade or other workaround is identified.

To request Office 2016 to be installed on your computer to support running Oracle BI Publisher, please submit a Service Desk Request. install the latest version of the plugin per BI Publisher Word and Excel Plugin Upgrade.
