The Virtual EMS application has been replaced with the EMS Web App. Due to this replacement, some of the mechanisms to find and book a space have changed. This page notes those changes and how to resolve the differences.
Requesting a Space
The new EMS Web App is designed like a shopping experience. You find what you would like, and check out (or create a reservation) what is in your Cart.

- Click on the Reservations Drop-Down Menu
- Click on the appropriate request template
- Find a space using the When and Where box
- Update the Date, Time, and Attendance
- Click Find Space
- Select the room for your request
- Click Continue
- Complete the Event Details form
- Click Submit
| - Click Create a Reservation
- Click book now next to the appropriate request template
- Update the Date and Time for the booking and choose a location
- Click Search
- Select the room for your request
- Enter the number of attendees, and setup type
- Click Add Room and the Next Step button
- Complete the Event Details form
- Click Create Reservation
