The Virtual EMS application has been replaced with the EMS Web App. Due to this replacement, some of the mechanisms to find and book a space have changed. This page notes those changes and how to resolve the differences.
Requesting a Space
The new EMS Web App is designed like a shopping experience. You find what you would like, and check out (or create a reservation) what is in your Cart.

Click on the Reservations Drop-Down Menu
Click on the appropriate request template
Find a space using the When and Where box
Update the Date, Time, and Attendance
Click Find Space
Select the room for your request
Click Continue
Complete the Event Details form
Click Submit
Click Create a Reservation
Click book now next to the appropriate request template
Update the Date and Time for the booking and choose a location
Click Search
Select the room for your request
Enter the number of attendees, and setup type
Click Add Room and the Next Step button
Complete the Event Details form
Click Create Reservation
