- Transfers will be reviewed case by case. If ITS determines they are not within the same departmental areas, access will be removed, and new security will need to be requested by the new department via our IAS Forms. If ITS determines they are similar departmental areas and may be performing similar job duties, the new EAS contacts will be asked to review security to determine which access is needed in the new position/department.
- Access to Microsoft 365 Apps and other University resources will be removed at the resource manager/owner's discretion.
