ITS has a limited number of Zoom Webinar licenses to be shared across the campus and can accommodate 500 up to 3000 1000 participants. To accommodate anticipated attendance for an event, the following Zoom Webinar Licenses are available:

Request
To reserve a Zoom Webinar license, confirm availability on the Zoom Webinar Request Calendar and submit your request. Zoom Webinar license requests should be submitted as early as possible but not later than five business days before the event date. You must submit a separate request for each event. For recurring events, please submit request individually. ITS will review your request and respond within three business days. Once your request is approved, a confirmation notice will be sent to the requestor and/or host.
