The Role of Departmental Contacts

There are two types of ITS Contacts – the IAM (Identity and Access Management) Contact and the EAS (Enterprise Application Security) Contact.  Individuals may be the contact for IAM, EAS, or both.

The contacts for Identity and Access Management (IAM) authorizes requests for creation and access to all ITS-provided IT services. IAM Contact Responsibilities

The contacts for Enterprise Application Security (EAS) authorizes access requests to IAS (Integrated Administrative System), All Funds, DARS, IFR Financials, UAReports, and Datatel Colleague. EAS Contact Responsibilities
