The Role of Departmental Contacts

There are two types of ITS Contacts – the IAM (Identity and Access Management) Contact and the EAS (Enterprise Application Security) Contact.

The IAM Contacts authorize requests for creation and access to all ITS-provided IT services. IAM Contact Responsibilities

The EAS Contacts authorize access requests to IAS (Integrated Administrative System), All Funds, DARS, IFR Financials, UAReports, and Datatel Colleague. EAS Contact Responsibilities

Individuals may be the contact for IAM, EAS, or both.
