Change ring status of line appearances
If you have more than one line appearance on your phone, you can change the ring status as follows:
- Log into Self care portal with your NetID and password : https://cucm-pub-p101.uc.albany.edu/ucmuser/
- Click on phone > Settings
- Under Ring Settings select "Flash only" for lines you don't want to ring
