There are many options for receiving Duo verifications. You can change the way you receive Duo prompts each time you log in, or you can set default preferences:
To update your settings and devices, log into the Duo Device Portal.
- Select a Default Device, provided you have at least two registered devices (Tokens cannot be selected as default devices).
- Select Automatically send this device a Duo Push for the most secure, streamlined experience.
- Select Ask me to choose an authentication method if you want to choose the method by which you receive your code every time you login.
