Change My Settings and Devices

  1. Login to any university Application such as MyUAlbany, University Email using your NetID and Password.

     

  2. During the Duo Verification make sure you are clearly verifying last 4 digits of your mobile number.

  3. If you’ve added a new mobile device, be sure to remove your old device that is no longer associated with you to ensure Duo Push goes to the correct device.

  4. To get the push to new device, select other options.

     

  5. Carefully verify and select the option that contains the last 4 digits of your mobile number that you now want Duo to send the authentication push to.  

     

  6. The push will be sent to your new device.

     

  7. Once the push is verified, you will be notified with the success popup on the screen.
