Remove or Delete a Device

Login to Duo Device Portal by using your NetID and Password.

Open

Now in Duo prompt, verify your identity by completing the Duo Authentication using Duo Mobile. If you do not have your device select Other Options.

Use Duo Push to verify your identity if you have your existing device; otherwise Get a Duo Bypass code. Once you have obtained your Bypass code, select 'Bypass Code' from the list below. 

Once you are verified, you can manage your devices such as adding, editing and removing your devices.

Add, edit and remove devices by following the onscreen prompts.

• Choose the device you want to remove and click Edit. 
  
  

   

To remove the device, select Delete.

 Select, Delete Android to remove your old device.

Your device is removed from your profile.

Once the device is removed, you will receive a Duo push to your mobile device to confirm your identity. Select 'Yes, this was me'

Once verification is completed, select OK
