Unable to render {include} The included page could not be found.

Gatekeeper is security software that prevents the installation of malware by controlling what you can or cannot install on your computer.  You may need to temporarily disable Gatekeeper when using the installation package for UniPrint wireless printing or the AnyConnect VPN Client.

Instructions for disabling Gatekeeper, the executable-file filter on Mac OS X 10.7 and newer:
  1. Go to System Preferences on the Apple Dock or Apple Menu
  2. Once you get to System Preferences, go to the Personal section and select the Security & Privacy icon.
  3. In the Security & Privacy pan, go to the lock icon on the bottom left of the screen



  4. Enter the Mac's administrative username and password (NOT your UAlbany NetID and password)
  5. Select the button that says Anywhere, which would be the last option under Allow applications downloaded from:



  6. In the confirmation window that opens, select Allow From Everywhere
  7. Gatekeeper should be disabled and you can now install your software
  8. When you have completed the installation process, go back into the settings and turn Gatekeeper back on.
