Action

If a Zoom recording file was deleted from the Zoom desktop app, the file still remains on your computer.

Please complete the following instructions to access the recording files.

Instructions

  1. Click on Settings in the top right hand corner of  the home screen.
  2. Select Recording Location.
  3. Click Open to access the file recording you wish to view. By default, the folder names include the date and time of the recording and the meeting ID.
