Equip, maintain, and support audio-visual and IT in physical classrooms that are typically scheduled for formal instructional delivery and/or physical spaces used primarily for informal teaching and learning .

• Registrar- and departmental-scheduled classrooms within ITS scope of support.

• Public computing spaces, kiosks, departmental computing spaces within the ITS scope of support.
