UAlbany Mail opens in the Outlook Web App (OWA) Light version, with limited functionality. 

Resolution

Outlook's web app has a light version for use on web browsers that do not support the standard version. It has a simpler interface and supports fewer features. To use the full interface, update to a current, supported browser.
