Technical help is available with just a click of the mouse in Brightspace.  The Get Help button is located at the lower right of each page in Brightspace. 

Instructions

A simple click gives access to 24/7 support directly from Brightspace.  Type in your question or concern to receive resources from the Brightspace Community. If those resources don’t provide the help you need, you will have the option to contact support and can speak to a live support agent by live chat, email, or phone.
