Logging into Brightspace
Log into Brightspace using your NetID and password. Log in directly at https://brightspace.albany.edu, through MyUAlbany, or search for “UAlbany” in the Pulse app for mobile devices.
Get help using Brightspace
UAlbany students have access to 24/7 support directly from Brightspace including live chat, phone, and email. To access help, log into Brightspace and click on the icon on the bottom right of your screen. See Get Help in Brightspace for more information.
After you type in your question or concern, you will first be offered resources from the Brightspace Community. If those resources do not provide the help you need, you connect with a live support agent by live chat, email, or phone.
