Adobe Creative Cloud Shared Device Access - Account Sign In

When you receive the email notice from Adobe informing you about your UAlbany Creative Cloud Shared Device Access for Higher Education, follow these instructions to set up your account using your UAlbany NetID and password. This allows all faculty, staff, and students to use Adobe Creative Cloud wherever it is installed on a public, managed computer, such as at the Information Commons or other computing labs and classrooms.

1. Click the Get Started button in the email notice.

2. When prompted to Select Account, click Company or School Account.
   
   

   Open

   

3. You will be prompted to login at the UAlbany single sign-on page.
   Enter your NetID and Password.
   
   

4. Complete the Duo 2-step authentication.
   
   

5. You will be logged in to your Adobe account in the web browser.
