You may install Office 365 ProPlus applications on at most 5 computers.  If you find you need to install on another computer, you must first deactivate a license.

You can see which computers you have activated Office 365 ProPlus on by:

  1. Log in to Outlook Web App (OWA) on your Windows 7, Windows 8 or Mac computer and click on the gear symbol next to your name.
  2. Click on Office 365 settings.

  3. Click on software.
  4. You should now see a listing of computers you have installed Office 365 ProPlus on
  5. Click the appropriate deactivate button to deactivate the license for the specified computer.
