  1. The direct link to manage your Distribution Groups is https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com/#/groups.  If that does not work, try the following steps.

  2. Log into your UAlbany Mail mailbox using the Outlook on the web.  Click the gear icon at the top right of OWA, then click on General and then select Distribution groups on the left and then the link for "this portal":

  3. You will see all Distribution groups you belong to as well as Distribution groups you own. Select Groups I own:

  4. Select the name of the group you wish to manage and the options for that group will open on the right:

  5. To manage the owners or members of your group, navigate to the Members tab, then click View all and manage owners or View all and mange members:

  6. To add members:

    1. Click Add members:

    2. Type part of the name or email address of the person you wish to add, check the box next to their name in the results below, and click Add:

    3. The people you selected will be add within 5 minutes:

  7. To remove members:

    1. Check the box next to the person/people you wish to remove.  Click Delete to remove them.

    2. Confirm you want to remove them:

    3. The people you selected will be removed within 5 minutes:
