If you remove everyone from the membership delivery management list, then anyone inside and outside of the UAlbany Mail system will be permitted to send to the group if they know the name/address. When the membership delivery management list is empty, the system will present the owner with a message indicating that only UAlbany Mail customers may send to the group, but that is not the case except by special request. |
