Create an Inbox Rule
- In Outlook Web App, select Options > Create Inbox rule > Organize E-Mail > New.
- Determine when to apply the rule and what should happen when the message arrives.
- Select More Options, to add an exception to the rule or customize the name of the rule.
- Save.
- The new rule will be listed and the "On" box will be checked.
- To turn off a rule, deselect the "On" box.
- To delete a rule, select it and click the deletion button in the toolbar.
