1. Right-click on your Deleted Items folder and choose Recover deleted Itemsitems.
    

2. This will open the Recover deleted Itemsitems window, from where you can search for items that were emptied from the Deleted Items folder.

    

   Select the item(s) you wish to recover.  (Select multiple items by shift- or control-clicking on them.)  Then click Recover at the top left of that window or right-click on the selected item(s) and click Recover.

3. You will be told to which locations the recovered messages will be restored. When ready, hit OK.
