If you wish to send or receive email files that exceed the attachment size limit, try one of these methods:
- Share the file from OneDrive for Business
- If recipient is a UAlbany employee, you can share by saving to a UAlbany network share drive in which you both have access.
- Transfer the file over Skype for Business.
- For everyday two-person chats, this has no file size limitation. We have successfully sent files over 3GB using Skype for Business. For three-or-more-person chats/meetings, there is a limit of 500MB of attachments total per meeting.Share the file with Microsoft Teams.
