Action

Before you can use any M365 application on a computer, you must sign in with your UAlbany credentials and activate it. This only needs to be done once per computer. 

Instructions

1. Open any Office app (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and click Sign in:
   
   
2. Enter your full UAlbany Mail email address and click Next: 
   
3. Sign in with your UAlbany Mail address or NetID and password: 
   
   
4. You will be prompted to complete your 2-Step authentication through the Duo app:
   
5. Your copy of Microsoft 365 apps for enterprise is now activated. You are now ready to use any Office app on this computer:
