For most rooms that can be scheduled, the room manager has defined a list of people that are permitted who are permitted to book the room in the a self-serve fashion described below.

Not all rooms on each campus have been configured as a room that can be scheduled via the UAlbany Mail system. A room is added to the Global Address List in UAlbany Mail only by request of someone responsible for that room. Many rooms are scheduled through Virtual EMS. |
