If you have been granted access to another mailbox, you can access that mailbox via Outlook Web App (OWA).
Instructions
You will need to log in as yourself to the UAlbany Mail OWA (https://mail.albany.edu)
Once logged in, click on your initials or profile photo in the top right of the window and click Open another mailbox:

Type in the email address for the other mailbox. Click the correct suggested account that appears below that to select it.

Once the email address has been recognized, click Open.

You will then be logged into that mailbox in a new browser window where you can act as that account, accessing all of its mail folders, calendar, etc.
