- Local and long distance calls within the continental US can be dialed from any administrative phone without a long distance code (PSC).

- Dial the last 5 digits of the telephone number. E.g. 23700 This number should start with a 1, 2, 5, 6, or 7 to correspond with the 591, 442, 525, 956, or 437 exchange.for (518) 442-3700
