If you had previously configured Outlook with multiple mail profiles, you will need to re-create your non-primary profiles in order for them to work with UAlbany Mail.

- Click Start, search for Control Panel, and select Mail.
- Select the Show Profiles button.
- You will need to remove the old profile first. To do this, select the Profile that needs to be changed for UAlbany Mail.
- Select the Remove button.
- You will be asked if you are sure you want to remove this profile.
- Select the Yes button.
- The profile will be removed.
- Now you will need to re-add the profile. Select the Add button.
- Enter the profile name and choose the OK button.
- Enter the email address for the departmental account and select the Next button. Please note that you need to leave the password fields empty in this window.
- You will see a configuring window.
- When the "Connect to autodiscover" window appears, change the User name to your UAlbany Mail email address and enter your password.
- Select the OK button.
- When the Congratulations window appears, select the Finish button.
