OneDrive is 5 GB of personal file storage that was originally provided by Microsoft as part of the UAlbany Mail service. As of June 20, 2013, your personal OneDrive is no longer affiliated with UAlbany Mail. It was converted into a personal Microsoft account for you and is not managed by the University.

If you have files containing regulated or sensitive personal information, the most appropriate places to save such files are in your OneDrive for Business space, Microsoft Teams, Departmental folders (V: drive) in your divisional file space, or in your Home Folder (U: drive).
