Issue

You try to update your delegate list in Outlook but keep receiving the error message:

1. In your Start menu, search for "cmd" and open the Command Prompt app
2. Run the command outlook.exe /cleanfreebusycleanroamedprefs 
3. Attempt to update the delegates again
