What is this?
Insights: A feature in Outlook that presents you with activity cards information based on your recent work experience with options to respond or follow up on based on the activity.
Personal Insights: An extension of your Office 365 (UAlbany Mail) client experience that helps you find opportunities to build better habits and get back in control of your time.
Opting out
You can opt out of parts of Viva Insights or from all of Viva Insightsat once. And you can opt back in again later, if you want.
