Unable to render {include} The included page could not be found.
Issue:
You try to update your delegate list in Outlook but keep receiving the error message:
The Delegates settings were not saved correctly. Cannot activate send-on-behalf-of list. The operation could not be completed because one or more parameters are incorrect. Contact Microsoft Technical Support for the client application.
Fix:
Try running outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy from the computer where Outlook is installed and then attempt to update the delegates again afterward.
