Action
The GAL is the UAlbany Mail Address Book. It contains the names of all faculty, staff, and students having UAlbany Mail accounts. Using the GAL enables you to send a message to a person without knowing their actual email address.

Outlook
In Outlook, click Address Book to open the GAL:
Outlook Web App
In Outlook Web App, click the grid icon at the top left, and then choose People:
You can also Search mail and people from your mailbox in OWA to search for an individual by name:
