Issue
You receive an "Account Issue" error after upgrading to Microsoft 365
Resolution
- If you receive an error like this after launching an Office app (like Word, Excel, etc.) after upgrading to M365:
- Click OK. You will be prompted to Sign in to set up Office.
- Click Sign in and sign in with your UAlbany account credentials.
- If prompted, select Work or school account:
- Once you have completed these steps, you should be able to use Microsoft 365.
