Your Zoom display name uses your preferred name from UAlbany records (MyUAlbany/Registrar/Human Resources).
To change your preferred name, you can use the following methods:
- Employees: Go to Human Resource's process at https://www.albany.edu/hr/preferred-name.php to send an email message to HR to request the change in your Preferred Name
- Students: Log in to MyUAlbany and click Update Name Information in the Personal Information box to update your Preferred Name
