QuantumMail optimizes your team's ability to accurately and efficiently respond to emails by providing AI-generated responses derived directly from your bot's QuantumBrain. When using QuantumMail you are able to send out immediate replies to the end-user confirming their email was received as well as compose bot-drafted emails using Ivy's proprietary AI. QuantumMail is available for use within a centralized group or individual inbox.

Compose an Email using QuantumMail:

QuantumMail uses the power of Ivy.ai and GPT on your GMail or Outlook Online(browser version) email accounts. Need to write an email, just tell your chatbot what to compose?

Instructions


A.    Install the Ivy.ai extension for your specific browser.

  1. For Chrome, visit: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ivy-quantum-mail/ppnceheghojkmohbdiijknjofnajkhea
  2. For Firefox, visit https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ivy-quantum-mail/

B.   Access Outlook in your browser or open outlook web app on your desktop.

  1. Search for the Ivy.ai button in the ribbon. If you don't spot Ivy.ai's logo or icon, please close the browser tab or application and then reopen it to check again.


C.    Click on the Ivy.ai button

  1. If this is your first time logging in, you will be prompted to log into the admin portal.


D.    After logging into your account, the Ivy.ai button will be replaced by the UAlbany logo in the ribbon.

  1. Click the UAlbany logo button to create a new email.
  2. or Click "New mail" and then the UAlbany logo to generate the email.


E.    Tell your chatbot what to compose.


2. Click Generate to generate a response.

i. Choose the recipient.

ii. Enter the subject in the subject line.

iii. Send the email.


Compose a Response to an Email using QuantumMail

Your chatbot can also compose draft replies to your overflowing inbox!

Instructions


A.    Open the email you want to respond to.

B.    Click “Generate Reply” to create a response for the email.
