- Login to any university Application such as MyUAlbany, University Email using your NetID and Password.
- During the Duo Verification make sure you are clearly verifying last 4 digits of your mobile number.
- If you’ve added a new mobile device, be sure to remove your old device that is no longer associated with you to ensure Duo Push goes to the correct device.
- To get the push to new device, select other options.
- Carefully verify and select the option that contains the last 4 digits of your mobile number that you now want Duo to send the authentication push to.
- The push will be sent to your new device.
- Once the push is verified, you will be notified with the success popup on the screen.
