Issue
You try to update your delegate list in Outlook but keep receiving the error message:
The Delegates settings were not saved correctly. Cannot activate send-on-behalf-of list. The operation could not be completed because one or more parameters are incorrect. Contact Microsoft Technical Support for the client application.
Resolution
- In your Start menu, search for "cmd" and open the Command Prompt app
- Run the command outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy
- Attempt to update the delegates again
