The recipient of the email you want to recall must also be using an Exchange a UAlbany Mail e-mail account.  For example, you cannot recall a message sent to someone's personal (gmail, yahooGmail, Yahoo, etc.) account. If the message was sent to xxxxx@albany.edu, it most likely cannot be recalled.   Also, the success or failure of a recall depends on the settings the recipient has in Outlook.
