Action

The recipient of the email you want to recall must also be using a UAlbany Mail e-mail account.  For example, you cannot recall a message sent to someone's personal (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) account.  Also, the success or failure of a recall depends on the settings the recipient has in Outlook.  If a recipient is forwarding his/her mail to another mailbox, then you cannot recall that message.
