Action

You can check your email quota in Outlook on the web via https://outlook.office.com/mail/options/general/storage

Instructions

1. Open Outlook. 

2. Right click on Inbox.

3. Select Properties.

4. Select the button Folder Size.

   Open

   

   
   
   

5. A window will then appear showing your total mailbox usage.  The information will appear
   in KB instead of GB.  Your quota is roughly 50,000,000 KB.  
   

6. Right-click on the Status Bar at the bottom of your Outlook window:

7. Click Quota Information:

   Open

   

   
   
   

8. The Status Bar will now display how much free space is remaining in your mailbox:
