UAlbany Mail - Currently Signed Into Account Message
Issue
When attempting to log into the UAlbany Mail web interface, Outlook on the web (formerly called Outlook Web App or OWA), you may receive this error message:
This account can’t be used to access Outlook.com. You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with Outlook.com. Please click here to sign out of your Office 365 account, then use another Microsoft account to sign in to Outlook.com (for example, your hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com account).
Resolution
To log into UAlbany Mail in a web browser, do one of the following:
Go to https://mail.albany.edu and enter your NetID and password.
Click the link for UAlbany Mail on the MyUAlbany Welcome page at https://www.albany.edu/myualbany or the link within the MyUAlbany portal.
Cause
You are using an invalid URL to access your UAlbany Mail account.
