When attempting to log into the UAlbany Mail web interface, Outlook on the web (formerly called Outlook Web App or OWA), you may receive this error message:

Resolution

To log into UAlbany Mail in a web browser, do one of the following:

• Go to https://mail.albany.edu and enter your NetID and password.
• Click the link for UAlbany Mail on the MyUAlbany Welcome page at https://www.albany.edu/myualbany or the link within the MyUAlbany portal.

Cause

You are using an invalid URL to access your UAlbany Mail account.
