- In your web browser, Download Cisco Jabber for Mac
- Open your download folder and double-click the installer to open it
- Click the Continue button on the Introduction section.
- Click the Continue button on the Software License Agreement section.
- Click the Agree button to continue installing Jabber.
- Click the Install button to install the software.
- Click the Close button once installed.
- Open Safari web browser and click, type or copy/paste the following into the search bar: ciscojabber://provision?ServicesDomain=albany.edu&VoiceServicesDomain=ucsrv.albany.edu
- Click Allow to let Safari open and configure Jabber.
- Click Continue to verify certificate.
- Open Jabber from your Applications list
- Log in to Jabber with your NetID and password.
- If another Certificate Not Valid window appears, click the Continue button.
