Unable to render {include} The included page could not be found.

If you had previously configured Outlook with multiple mail profiles, you will need to re-create your non-primary profiles in order for them to work with UAlbany Mail.

These instructions apply to Windows 7.  Instructions for other versions of Windows will be similar, though actual menus may look different.

Instructions:

  1. Click Start,search for Control Panel, and select Mail.
  2. Select the Show Profiles button.
  3. You will need to remove the old profile first.  To do this, select the Profile that needs to be changed for UAlbany Mail.

  4. Select the Remove button.
  5. You will be asked if you are sure you want to remove this profile.
  6. Select the Yes button.
  7. The profile will be removed.

  8. Now you will need to re-add the profile.  Select the Add button.
  9. Enter the profile name and choose the OK button.
  10. Enter the email address for the departmental account and select the Next button.  Please note that you need to leave the password fields empty in this window.
  11. You will see a configuring window.
  12. When the "Connect to autodiscover" window appears, change the User name to your UAlbany Mail email address and enter your password.

  13. Select the OK button.
  14. When the Congratulations window appears, select the Finish button.
