Video captioning service using 3Play Media is available for course content hosted in Panopto. Submit a request for video captioning after reviewing the requirements below. Detailed FAQ about the service is available for your reference.

Requirements

Prior to submitting a video captioning request, you need to address the following considerations. Requests must include all required information to be processed.

• Copyright Attestation
  It’s up to you to determine if your request is copyright compliant. When you make a request, you will be asked to attest that your use of media complies with copyright. Before submitting your request, please review the FAQ for guidance about copyright compliance.
  
  
  

• About your video
  When submitting your request, be sure to provide the name of the item in Panopto that needs captions.
  
  
  

• About your course
  When submitting your request, please include information about the course for which the video is being used. You can search for your course specifics on the university's Schedule of Classes webpage.
