macOS 10.14 Mojave and later is required. If you cannot upgrade to 10.14 or later, you can access your UAlbany Mail in Outlook on the web in a web browser at https://mail.albany.edu.
Instructions:
- Log in to Outlook Web App (OWA) at https://mail.albany.edu using your UAlbany Mail account and password.
- Click on the My Account icon (or your picture, if you have one) at the top right.
- Click the Install Office link under the Office apps & devices.
- Click Save File:
- Go to Finder and open your Downloads folder.
- Open/run the Microsoft_Office….pkg file you just downloaded in step 4 and follow the steps to install Office.
- Once you complete the installation, activate Outlook for Mac.
