Accessibility Statement: If you use plug-ins or PDF files

  1. Provide alternate content for plug-ins and PDF files wherever possible, so that all users will have access to the information.

  2. Provide text versions of any content for which a plug-in is required. Because not all Web sites are accessible, many people cannot download plug-ins easily. Also, not all applications can be read by people using assistive technology, and some text browsers and the IBM Home Page Reader do not currently support plug-ins.

  3. Most screen readers cannot currently read PDF files. If your site relies on PDF files, provide both a PDF file and an HTML version.

  4. Check accessibility by viewing your page in multiple browsers and platforms, then verify it with tools like CAST's on-line BOBBY verification tool.
