Many of the forms that students can obtain from E-Pay for viewing financial data, such as the 1098-T tax form, are complex PDF files that require Adobe Reader to display properly. Many modern browsers have PDF support built-in but will open the file as a blank document because they do not have the advanced feature set required to show the content.

Download the PDF , then open it using Adobe Reader. If not already installed, Adobe Reader is freely available from https://get.adobe.com/reader.
